Role and Responsibilities:

As a Senior Node.js Developer, you will lead the charge of designing, developing, and maintaining our backend systems, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and secure. Your expertise will shape the foundation of our applications, and your responsibilities will include:
• Architecting and implementing performant and reliable backend services using Node.js.
• Collaborating closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.
• Leading the development of new features and APIs, as well as maintaining and optimizing existing codebase.
• Implementing best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment automation.
• Troubleshooting and debugging issues to ensure the highest level of system stability.
• Mentoring junior developers and providing technical guidance to help them grow in their roles.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3 years of professional experience in Node.js development.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with [relevant libraries, frameworks, and tools specific to Node.js].
• Familiarity with building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in database systems like [specific databases relevant to your tech stack].
• Solid understanding of version control using Git.
